Graduate career ready
At Monash Business School the integration of work and learning is intrinsic to our educational approach. A quality academic education is only one part of the equation.
Learning takes place in many different ways – not all of them in the classroom – and that's why we've developed extensive co-curricular opportunities to give you practical experiences and ensure you graduate career-ready.
Work Integrated Learning (WIL) allows students to integrate theory with the practice of work by interacting with organisations. WIL opportunities offered by the Monash Business School to enhance employability skills include:
- Corporate and community projects
- Study tours.
We offer internship units across all our undergraduate degrees.
Internships are available during semester and over the summer and winter breaks. These placements are a great opportunity for you to get practical experience and work with potential employers.
Our placements have included roles with L'Oreal, EY, PwC, Mondelez, Adidas, Deloitte, GM Holden, ANZ, Shell, Macquarie, IBM, KPMG, Grant Thorton, Clemenger BBDO, Devondale, Addeco, and more.
Monash's Career Connect program gives you the resources to find a job. From resume writing and application support to career coaching and job portals, these services will help connect you with employers.
Volunteering is a great way to develop your skills and make a positive impact on the world. Your volunteering experiences can also benefit you when it's time to apply for a job.
Monash can help connect you with volunteering and leadership programs through our volunteering services.
