Centre for Global Business

Our research agenda explores the potential role of regulation in governing global business to lead to more sustainable businesses, communities and societies. Global business regulation encompasses formal and soft law, private and hybrid law – including national conventions, and national laws and voluntary codes.

Our key aims are:

  • To assess the impact of existing forms of ethical global business regulation
  • To develop new and innovative modes of regulation
  • To advance the adoption of these modes in regulation practice
