As part of my degree I completed an IBL unit, which included a 20-day internship at Frontier Economics. This internship was a great way to apply the economic theory from university in real-world situations. The internship also confirmed to me that I want to pursue a career in economics.

I really enjoyed learning about economic models of growth, economic development and income inequality. What was really fascinating to me is that basic economic concepts can be applied to a wide range of situations, and I often found myself learning similar content in units which I would have thought were completely different.
